Tips to get your payment reminder template approved

  • Do not start or end the body with a variable. "Thank you {{1}}," opens with words; end with a full sentence.
  • Put text between variables, such as "of {{2}} for invoice {{3}}".
  • Never ask for card numbers, PINs or passwords in a WhatsApp message. Link to your own payment page with a URL button instead.
  • Avoid threatening language. Meta reviewers and customers respond better to a calm, factual tone.
