WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp Business API in Morocco
Moroccan customers ask questions, confirm orders and follow deliveries on WhatsApp. A WhatsApp CRM puts those chats in one shared inbox for your team. BelloSend runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, shows prices in dirhams and has a team that speaks French and Arabic.
WhatsApp in Morocco: languages and habits
Customers in Morocco write in Darija, Modern Standard Arabic, French and Amazigh, often mixing them in one chat. Many also send voice notes. Your team needs one place to read every message, whatever the language, and to answer quickly.
Cash on delivery is a common way to pay for online orders in Morocco. Many stores confirm each order on WhatsApp before shipping, to cut refused parcels. A WhatsApp CRM keeps that confirmation, the customer's answer and the delivery follow-up in one conversation.
Common WhatsApp CRM uses in Morocco
COD order confirmation
Send a utility template with the order details and Confirm or Cancel buttons. Agents follow up only on orders that need a call.
Delivery updates
Tell customers when the parcel ships and when the courier is coming, so they keep the cash ready.
Shared inbox for sales
Several agents answer from one number, with assignments, notes and quick replies in French or Arabic.
Instagram and WhatsApp together
Answer Instagram DMs and comments beside WhatsApp chats. Many Moroccan shops sell on both.

How Meta bills WhatsApp messages in Morocco
Meta charges per delivered message, by category and by the recipient's country code. Messages customers send you are free. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages per month, with no roll-over. After that, service replies cost the service rate above.
Since 1 October 2026, utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour window are charged again. A chat started from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a free window of up to 7 days. Utility and authentication get volume discounts at high volume. Meta changes prices only on the first day of a quarter; the next possible change is 1 January 2027.
Morocco has its own market on Meta's rate card since 1 October 2026. Until 30 September 2026, messages to Moroccan numbers were billed at Meta's Rest of Africa rates.
