WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp Business API in Mexico

In Mexico, WhatsApp is one of the main ways customers talk to businesses. A WhatsApp CRM lets your team answer from one number, with every chat assigned and tracked. BelloSend runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, and the public website is available in Spanish.

WhatsApp in Mexico: language and habits

Customers in Mexico write in Spanish and often expect a quick, friendly answer. Many ask about prices, stock and delivery before they buy. A shared inbox lets several agents handle that volume without losing track.

Many shoppers in Mexico pay in cash, so stores often send payment instructions and reminders on WhatsApp. Order and payment updates fit the Utility category, which costs much less than marketing in Mexico.

Common WhatsApp CRM uses in Mexico

  • Order and payment updates

Send utility templates with order details, payment reminders and delivery status.

  • Sales questions

Agents answer stock and price questions from one number, with notes and tags on each contact.

  • Appointment reminders

Clinics and salons send reminders with buttons to confirm or reschedule.

  • Chatbot for first answers

On Pro and Max, a chatbot answers common questions in Spanish and hands off to an agent with the full history.

How Meta bills WhatsApp messages in Mexico

Meta charges per delivered message, by category and by the recipient's country code. Messages customers send you are free. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages per month, with no roll-over. After that, service replies cost the service rate above.

Since 1 October 2026, utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour window are charged again. A chat started from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a free window of up to 7 days. Utility and authentication get volume discounts at high volume. Meta changes prices only on the first day of a quarter; the next possible change is 1 January 2027.

Mexico is its own market on Meta's rate card, and Meta raised its marketing rate on 1 October 2026. Meta also publishes its rate card in Mexican pesos.
