WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp Business API in Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia, customers use WhatsApp to ask about products, book services and follow orders. A WhatsApp CRM gives your team one shared inbox for all of it. BelloSend runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, and our team supports customers in Arabic.

WhatsApp in Saudi Arabia: languages and seasons

Customers write mostly in Arabic, and English is widely used in business. Many companies keep templates in both languages and let customers choose. BelloSend's public website is available in Arabic and English.

Ramadan and Eid are busy seasons for retail, restaurants and travel. Online stores in the Kingdom offer several ways to pay, and cash on delivery is still offered by many of them, so order confirmation before dispatch is useful. Follow Saudi data-protection law and Meta's opt-in rules for marketing.

Common WhatsApp CRM uses in Saudi Arabia

  • Order confirmation and delivery

Confirm orders, share delivery updates and answer questions in Arabic or English from one chat.

  • Ramadan and Eid campaigns

Send approved marketing templates to opted-in contacts. WhatsApp campaigns are included in the Max plan.

  • Bookings and reminders

Clinics, salons and service companies send utility reminders with buttons to confirm or reschedule.

  • Chatbot for first answers

On Pro and Max, a chatbot answers common questions in Arabic and hands off to an agent with the full history.
