Meta list rates in US dollars per delivered message, for recipients with a +34 number. Rate card effective 1 October 2026, before volume discounts. Meta bills these fees; BelloSend adds no fee per message.

How Meta bills WhatsApp messages in Spain
Meta charges per delivered message, by category and by the recipient's country code. Messages customers send you are free. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages per month, with no roll-over. After that, service replies cost the service rate above.
Since 1 October 2026, utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour window are charged again. A chat started from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a free window of up to 7 days. Utility and authentication get volume discounts at high volume. Meta changes prices only on the first day of a quarter; the next possible change is 1 January 2027.
Spain is its own market on Meta's rate card. Marketing costs several times more than utility, so keep transactional updates in the Utility category. Meta also publishes its rate card in euros.
