WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp Business API in the UAE

In the United Arab Emirates, WhatsApp is a normal channel for sales, bookings and support. A WhatsApp CRM lets your team share one number, with every chat assigned and tracked. BelloSend runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and our team supports customers in Arabic and French.

WhatsApp in the UAE: many languages, one inbox

Arabic is the official language and English is widely used in business. The UAE also has a large international population, so your customers may write in many languages. BelloSend's public website is available in 52 languages, including Arabic, English, French and Russian.

Real estate, retail, hospitality and travel companies use WhatsApp to answer leads quickly and to send booking and order updates. Collect opt-in before marketing and follow Meta's rules and UAE data-protection law.

Common WhatsApp CRM uses in the UAE

  • Lead follow-up

Route new chats to the right agent, add notes and tags, and keep the full history when a lead comes back.

  • Bookings and confirmations

Send utility templates for viewings, appointments and reservations, with buttons to confirm.

  • Arabic and English templates

Keep each template in both languages so every customer gets the right one.

  • WhatsApp calls

When Meta enables calling for your number, take and place WhatsApp calls in the browser or the Android app on Pro and Max.

How Meta bills WhatsApp messages in the UAE

Meta charges per delivered message, by category and by the recipient's country code. Messages customers send you are free. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages per month, with no roll-over. After that, service replies cost the service rate above.

Since 1 October 2026, utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour window are charged again. A chat started from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a free window of up to 7 days. Utility and authentication get volume discounts at high volume. Meta changes prices only on the first day of a quarter; the next possible change is 1 January 2027.

The UAE is its own market on Meta's rate card, and Meta raised its marketing rate on 1 October 2026. Meta also publishes its rate card in UAE dirhams.
